The Greenville Industrial C.M. Eppes High School Alumni Association Heritage Society recently awarded scholarships to six area high school students. Awards were presented at the 2008 Scholarship Awards Reception at the Eppes Cultural Center.

Eppes-Davenport-Murrell Scholarship recipients were awarded scholarships of $1,000 each.

The scholarship recipients are: Nicholas Adams, Farmville Central High School; Breania Best, J.H. Rose High School; Tracey Lewis, D.H. Conley High School; Killian Moye, South Central High School; Shamira Robertson, Ayden-Grifton High School; and Erika Streeter, North Pitt High School.
