I don't do requests, but thank you for your interest. I note the coarse course of discourse here, and it is rarely worth my time, limited as it is, I reserve that stuff for elsewhere. If you want to read my opinions, read the comments to the letters, I just added 50,000 words to yesterday's letter. If I had more time, I'd add those comments here, but if you want to read my 'writing', you have to seek it out, it's there....

No, not 50,000 words a day.....it was only a few thousand words, and only when I'm fired up. I only get fired up when I see what Republicans do. I'm not representing the Democratic Party, I speak for myself, but politics make strange bedfellows. If you are a Democrat, good luck, I'll be voting for another independent/third party ticket. I may vote for a Republican again, like last time (Ron Paul), like Gary Johnson or Buddy Roemer....or go way off the chart and vote for Rocky Anderson. But one thing I'm not going to do is support either party with my vote, parties got us into this mess. And the parties that exist now, didn't always exist. They came along later. My protest vote 30+ years ago might have seemed a waste back then, but I'm noticing it is more & more mainstream, so my way is working on that level. My vote gives me the right to complain, but that doesn't mean I have to be locked into a rigged game, like a 2 horse race where both horses are owned by the same gangster.

If a voucher gave the elderly the choice of multiple quality health care providers that did more for less and covered catastrophic illness, what would be wrong with that? Does the fact that they would have a voucher and choice bother you for some reason?
The only thing O consistently delivers is uncertainty.

Dems are for choice, as long as it's mandatory what one must choose...

. . .. I hear ya. At least you vote, and it does command comments. Dems/Cons are not the only people in the US. About the thread. It changes benefits for 18 year old's, whom can make it for another 42 years. Plenty of time to find another way, (drug testing). They will be effected, not you or I..
