The Pitt County Veterans Council will hold a Memorial Day service at 11 a.m. on Monday in the auditorium at D.H. Conley High School. This year's keynote speaker is William T. Ceremony honors those who gave all

The community joined local veterans in honoring comrades who never made it home or who have died since during a Memorial Day service at D.H. Conley High School.

Nearly 300 people attended the ceremony which was moved from its traditional location at the Greenville Town Common's veterans monument because of weather concerns.
