With spring around the corner, now is the perfect time to tackle long delayed tasks. At the top of the list is editing your household belongings.

Start by working on two rooms each weekend: linens, accessories, lamps, china, floor coverings, furniture. Make a list of each category and quickly donate unwanted items to a local charity.

Next reorganize the linen closet, tying bed linens of the same pattern or color in color-coordinated grosgrain ribbon (Michael’s is a good source). Organize towels and bath cloths accordingly, adding scented soaps in a small basket.
