If you aren’t a scarf lover, I hope this issue turns you into one!
If you think you are too busy to cook a weeknight meal, check out the recipes for three quick and delicious main dishes excerpted from “Not Your Mother’s Weeknight Cooking.”
March is National Nutrition Month, so it’s a great time to learn about the new “MyPlate” dietary guidelines that have replaced that confusing food pyramid previously recommended by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. If you follow the new plan, you’re sure to “Get Your Plate in Shape” in accordance with the National Nutrition Month theme.
Take a trip to Italy with columnist Rosie Lamrhari.
And discover how some local women have united to honor the memory of a deceased friend.
I hope you’ll find lots to inspire you!
