— An 18-year-old woman said someone pulled her shirt up and attempted to pull her pants down at an apartment in the 3300 block of East 10th Street, Tuesday morning.

Thefts reported

The following thefts were reported to the Greenville Police Department, recently.

— Someone stole more than $3,300 of construction tools from a site in the 2800 block of East 14th Street, sometime between 3:30 p.m. Aug. 19 and 7:30 p.m. Monday.

— Someone stole more than $1,700 of tools from a white 1995 Ford F-150 pickup truck while it was parked in the 100 block of Brinkley Road. The theft occurred sometime between 9 p.m. Aug. 12 and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

— A 42-year-old woman said someone stole her grey luggage bag and $700 in clothes and gifts from an apartment in the 1000 block of Treybrooke Circle, Sunday.

— A 43-year-old man said someone stole all the tires and rims from his white 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass while it was parked inside of a fence in the 300 block of Spruce Street, Monday.

— A 62-year-old woman said someone forcibly took her purse from her while she was at a business in the 800 block of Thomas Langston Road, Tuesday night.

— A 23-year-old woman said someone kicked open the back door of her Cedar Creek Road and stole a $1,300 Dell laptop computer, Tuesday night.

Assault reported

— A 52-year-old woman said an acquaintance assaulted her at a residence in the 6600 block of County Home Road Monday, a Pitt County Sheriff's report stated.

Thefts reported

The following thefts were reported to the Pitt County Sheriff's Office, recently.

— A 31-year-old man said his green 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen while parked outside his residence in the 2000 block of Redman Avenue. The theft occurred sometime between 1 a.m. Aug. 16 and 1:50 p.m. Monday.

— A 24-year-old man said an acquaintance stole $700 from his residence in the 4200 block of Dennis McLawhorn Road on Monday.

— A 51-year-old Farmville man said someone stole more than $1,100 from his home in the 2800 block of Nash Joyner Road. The theft occurred sometime between 11 a.m. Aug. 12 and 11 a.m. Tuesday.

— Someone stole more $1,700 in tools from a home in the 1500 block of Forrest Acres Drive, Tuesday.
