The following cases were disposed of in Pitt County Superior Court during the week beginning April 21.

Lionel Sinclair Grandy, 36, 202 Tobacco Road, possession of firearm by felon, robbery with dangerous weapon, assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, attempted first degree murder, discharge weapon into occupied property, three counts attempted discharge weapon into occupied property, pled not guilty, mistrial.

Kico Zerell Vines, 30, 106 Rackley Road, fleeing to elude arrest with motor vehicle, pled guilty, 10 to 12 months Department of Correction, suspended, 24 months probation, nine months intensive, 72 hours community service, pay cost and community service fee; possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, pled guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction at expiration of previous sentence, suspended, 24 months probation.

Demetrice Dewayne Johnson, 21, 1110B Myrtle Ave., breaking, entering and larceny, possess stolen goods, pled guilty to breaking and entering, 10 to 12 months Department of Correction, suspended, 24 months probation, nine months intensive, complete GED, pay cost, lawyer, fine and restitution.
