Christian author Lysa TerKeurst gained fame from the 2010 best-seller “Made to Crave,” which chronicled her longtime struggle with food. But when TerKeurst speaks to women across the country, she isn’t touting the latest diet.

She is talking about a hunger for God.

At the Pursue the Passion Women’s Conference, scheduled next month at Winterville’s Covenant United Methodist Church, TerKeurst aims to whet her audience’s appetite for something spiritual.
