In honor of the Chinese New Year, which begins Monday, China 10 Chinese restaurant will be offering a buffet celebration.
“It is the Year of the Dragon, the most lucky sign in the Chinese calendar,” said China 10 chef Philliip Hou, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Lien Hou.
The celebratory buffet, which will be served from 6-8 p.m. Monday, will include General Tso Chicken, roast duck with star anise-flavored sauce, ginger and scallion shrimp, sweet Chinese sausage fried rice, Veggie Long Life Noodles, and baby bok choy with beef and oyster sauce. Desserts will include fried sesame balls and honey walnut stuffed wontons.
