The first North Carolina location of HuHot Mongolian Grill is coming to Greenville.

The space at 500 S.W. Greenville Boulevard formerly occupied by Lone Star Steakhouse is being renovated to house the new Mongolian barbecue grill.

HuHot’s website notes that patrons create their own Asian stir-fry dishes by selecting from an array of meats, noodles, vegetables and Asian-inspired sauces, then watch as chefs cook their meals on a grill.
