The Pitt County Animal Shelter’s featured Pet of the Week is Jack, a large, male pit bull terrier mix.

Animals available for adoption at the Pitt County Animal Shelter can be viewed at www.pittcoanimalshelter.petfinder.com.

The shelter is at 4550 County Home Road. Adoption hours are 1-5:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays or by appointment. Call 902-1725.
