Sycamore Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1001 Hooker Road, will celebrate the male chorus’ 30th anniversary at 4 p.m. Dec. 11. Performers include: soloist Jesse Everett, The Gospel (5) of Oak City, St. John Missionary Baptist Church Soul Saving Station Male Chorus, Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church Male Chorus and The Faithful Few of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church.

Unity Free Will Baptist’s 46-member elementary choir will present “A Grander Plan” at 7 p.m. Dec. 10 and 6 p.m. Dec. 11. The hourlong musical follows Bill and Gina Broker as they discover how God’s plans are so much better than their plans. The church is at 2725 E. Fire Tower Road. Call 756-6485.
