What's your favorite drink to make? The Mangela (coconut rum, vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, a cherry and a slice of pineapple), my signature drink. Soft taste for a woman; kick for a man.

What's the best thing about working here? Seeing everyone having fun. It's not really a job for me. And getting to know them on a personal level, outside of the bar.

What kind of event is the best to work during? Halloween. The costumes are outlandish.

If you weren't working here (and a doctor's office during the day), what would you be doing? Own my own bar.

What are the bar's plans for Halloween? Party Friday (Oct. 30) and Saturday (Oct. 31).

What will you dress up as? I don't know yet. I'll try to dress comfortably and look good and bartend.

Explain, in the cleanest way possible, the craziest thing you've seen here? When you walk in the bathrooms and people are hooking up. You're like, “You really need to go get a room. “And people feel so comfortable here that they wear whatever.
