bevello opens at Arlington Village

Greenville has a new women's boutique, bevello (spelled with a lowercase “b”), at 627 Red Banks Road in Arlington Village.

Owner Chan Namgong, a native of Raleigh, also owns bevello stores in Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Huntersville and Charlotte.

“I'm very excited about coming to serve the Greenville market,” he said.

The boutique carries such brands as Rich and Skinny, William Rast, Rock and Republic, Esley, Theme, BCBGeneration, Max and Cleo, French Connection, RYU, GLAM and C Luce. Sizes run from small to large (2 to 8), and jeans run from 25 to 30.

“The name bevello is derived from ‘bella,' the Italian word for beautiful, mixed with a little ‘love.' Bevello's logo is ‘bve,' thoughtfully designed to be read as both an abbreviation for ‘bevello' and ‘love,'” Chan said.

“At bevello, our founding principle is this: the love you get is the air you breathe,” he said. “Customers of bevello should expect nothing less than a unique love-centric fashion experience. Pink moves to larger location

Pink a unique boutique is moving from 637 Red Banks Road in Arlington Village to 684-A E. Arlington Blvd., beside The Salon. A grand opening is planned for Nov. 26.

“The space is larger then our current space that we have outgrown,” said owner Carrie Lewis. At the new location, she said, “We can have our own space to be able to offer more inventory and not be limited to what we can offer our wonderful customers. And we'll be able to have private parties and events.”

Pink will continue to sell the same brands, including Citizens for Humanity, Seven for all mankind, Joe's Jeans, Hudson Jeans, Silver Jeans, Trina Turk, Lilly Pulitzer, Milly NY, Michael Stars, Laundry, C. Luce, Lush, BB Dakota, Jack, Susan Shaw, Fornash, Hanky Panky, NuBra and Hollywood fashion products.

“We'll be able to add lots of new fun, well-priced jewelry and gift items.,” Carrie said.
