One country rock star made a stop at the Farm Bureau Live at Virginia Beach amphitheater in Virginia on July 9 and mixer was there to get down with rest of the country boys and girls.

The star was Tim McGraw on his “Emotional Traffic Tour” with fellow country performers The Band Perry and Luke Bryan.

The concert started at 7 p.m. with The Band Perry singing a few songs from their album by the same name, including their hits “You Lie” and “If I Die Young.”

After The Band Perry's short performance, Luke Bryan hit the stage. He performed for about an hour singing some of his most popular songs like “Rain is a Good Thing” and “Country Girl (Shake it for me).” He also debuted songs from his new album “Tailgates and Tanlines” coming out Aug. 9.

About the time the all the seats were full and the sky was dark, the stage lit up and the country all-star that everyone in the packed amphitheater came to see, took the stage in tight jeans, a cowboy hat and a cast. Tim McGraw strutted onto the stage with his usual country swagger but this time he had a broken foot and cane. The 44-year-old singer claimed it had something to do with a spider and his tour companion, Bryan, screaming like a girl but the truth about what happened has yet to be admitted.

Despite his injury, McGraw performed an almost a two-hour set of everything from his classics like “Down on the Farm” and “I Like it I Love” it to his newest release “Felt Good on my Lips.” He also debuted songs from his upcoming album “Emotional Traffic” which currently has no release date.

During his set, he brought The Band Perry out to perform a song with him. He finished with the ever-inspiring “Live Like You were Dying.”

After the show, The Band Perry met fans off-stage to sign autographs and take photos. Much to the dismay of this fan, security would not even allow fans to take photos of band from a distance. Despite that, the night was filled with sweet southern tunes and good country fun.
