Shinedown’s “Sound of Madness Deluxe Edition.”

I’ve seen Shinedown live about five times, even met them once. I’ve even met the bass player, Eric Bass’ mother at a hotel in Myrtle Beach, S.C., after a House of Blues show. She is a really nice, down to earth person. She gave us all guitar picks and we talked over breakfast for an hour. It was an awesome experience.

Which song/artist is your biggest guilty pleasure?

Would have to be Shinedown; I learned to sing from rocking out with their first album in high school, and singing is what I do!

Who do you think is going to be huge in 2010?

Stairwell. Our album release is this year; it’s going to be huge!

Stairwell’s self-titled album is currently being worked on by their producer in Colorado. No release date will be set until it’s finished.
