The Pitt County Board of Elections approved a plan to locate a one-stop, early-voting location on East Carolina University’s campus if the school agrees to certain conditions.

I applaud the idea of using Minges as a voting site.

However, the teen center has such a problem with exiting the facility that it would cause a traffic nightmare. Ask anyone who visits that site or better yet go see for yourself.
