Well it looks like the "thug brothas" are living up to their statistic that most crimes in this country are committed by young African American males with little or no father figure in their life. I hope that the black community continues to condemn the glorified "thug" lifestyle and all the things (music, movies, etc) that celebrate it.

Is there anywhere safe today? Can't go to the club, can't go to church, can't go to school, for God's sake we can't even sit in our own home without someone shooting through it! I'm African American and some of my people (which I shamefully claim) makes me SICK!! Grow up, throw down the guns and duke it out like the ole days and live to talk about it the next day or so. Don't keep giving the racists something to charge you for. Ooooo! Makes me SICK!!!

I am sure it was gang related. The writer about African Americans was right! People like this give us a bad name, we try so hard to over come and yet jerks like this make a bad reflection for us all!!! Do we have a chief of police????

Is he missing in non action
terrible management style of our highest ranking policeman
Put him in a corner , pay him , and get somebody in there who knows how to run and manage a police department

Anytime you shot someone and take off running shows that you are a coward. I am African American and this is a shame that everytime we turn on the TV I see pictures of young black dumb fools shooting and killing people. This is why our white brothers and sisters dont want us in places where they frequent. More than likely the fool that shot the gun can't read. I don't blame parents I wouldnt want you dating my white daugther either.
