Choral society begins season tonight
The Greenville Choral Society will begin its 40th anniversary season at 7 p.m. today at Peace Presbyterian Church, 301 Guiness Drive, Winterville.
A program of German songs by Brahms, Schubert, Schumann and Mendelssohn will be performed by the Concert Choir, and the Chamber Chorale will present selections by John Rutter, Mark Hayes, David Childs and Kenneth Jennings. Relay For Life team meeting set for Monday
Relay For Life of Pitt County will hold a team meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at St. James United Methodist Church. Team captains, relay participants and interested community members may attend. Kiwanis Christmas auction to benefit children

FCA to hold fundraising banquet Tuesday

Kiwanis pancake dinner to benefit Girl Scouts
The Winterville Kiwanis Club will host a pancake dinner to benefit the Girls Scouts from 5:30-7 p.m. Friday at the Kiwanis Building on Forlines Road.
