Pitt County Grand Jury

The following people were indicted on felony charges Monday by a Pitt County grand jury. All information, including addresses, is from court records.

Vonzeil Surguria Adams, 28, 4320 S. Lee St., 21 counts of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, seven counts of larceny after breaking and entering, two counts of larceny of a firearm, misdemeanor larceny and possession of a stolen motor vehicle for Aug. 14 through Sept. 29, 2007, incidents.

Robert Antonio Anderson, 18, 952 Benjamin Drive, second-degree kidnapping for a March 31 offense.

Vinia Nicole Armaos, 20, 2681 No. 2 Mill Apartment, Winterville, possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny for a Nov. 29 offense.

Clayton Lee Baker, 52, 200 Peele St., Williamston, felonious restraint, three counts of assault on a female, communicating threats and first-degree kidnapping for an April 11 offense.

Latasha Loraine Bowens, 24, 211 North St., Winterville, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for a Oct. 20, 2007, offense.

Antonio Laquan Brooks, 28, 1677 Ashbury Church Road, Washington, N.C., possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a motor vehicle to keep and sell and controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving to endanger, possession of an open container of alcohol for March 15 offense.

Helena Nicole Brown, 20, 911-A5 Allen Road, two counts of embezzlement for incidents between Dec. 1 and Jan. 2.

Julius Francis Budacz III, 45, 999 Pactolus Highway, possession of stolen firearm, altering serial numbers for April 2 offense.

Deric Thomas Bunch, 19, 2305 British Court, forgery, uttering forged paper, attempted obtaining property by false pretense for Dec. 29 incident.

Andrew Latham Carter, 20, 3326 119 Belamy Circle, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and two counts of misdemeanor larceny for Feb. 5 offense.

Robert Lee Carter Jr., 25, 48 S. Charles Blvd. (Pirates Place), first-degree burglary, three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, safecracking by removing safe for a Dec. 29 offense.

Dallas Devon Clemons, 23, 1519 Broad St., possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia for a Aug. 5 offense.

Sonya Denise Curry, 49, 3558 N. Lynch St., Fountain, felonious child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury for a March 14 offense.

Johnny Earl Dixon, 32, 3616 A Nicks Nook, Farmville, felonious breaking and entering, felonious larceny for Oct. 24 offense.

Marqueall Derron Dozier, 24, 320 B Line Ave., possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for May 27, 2007, offense.

David Carl Garrett, 38 River Bluff Apt., two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts sell marijuana, two counts deliver marijuana for Dec. 2, 2007, offense.

Donte Marrell Hardy, 21, 1707 Brown Place, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, murder, possession of a firearm for Jan. 30 offense.

Pete Jogulas Harper, 21, 915 No. 10 Allen Road, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana for a Nov. 2, 2007, offense.

Travon Zentod Harris, 28, 710 apt. 17 Patton Circle, Winterville, possession of stolen firearm, resisting a public office for a June 29, 2008, offense.

Benjamin Maurice Henderson, 26, 2009 Shadowood Court, statutory sexual offense of a person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old, sexual activity by a custodian , indecent liberties with a child for incident between Feb. 1-10.

Arvin Earl Hines, 30, 4612 Toddy Road, Farmville, possession of a firearm by a felon for March 5 offense.

Franklyn Ray Howard, 24, 303 B Darden Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining motor vehicle to keep and sell a controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, driving motor vehicle with no registration, no liability insurance for March 6, 2008, offense.

Reginald Desean Jones, 21, 1993 A Sunny Brook Road, murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon for Jan. 30 offense.

Willie Sentell Jordan, 28, 900 Ward St., possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining motor vehicle to keep and sell controlled substance, possession drug paraphernalia.

John Allen King, 43, 3969 Old Creek Road, possession of a firearm by felon for Dec. 26 offense.

Jacob Daniel Koeller, 18, 101 Filtrona Court, Cary, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia for Feb. 6 offense.

Santiago Lopez, 42, 6064 Sweetmoore Drive, Ayden, larceny from construction site, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods for May 12, 2008, offense.
