Brandy Michelle Abel, 16, 3449 Celtic Court, breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods for a May 15 offense.

James Henry Andrews Jr., 22, 2388 Allpine Taylor Road, two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and injury to personal property for an April 25 offense.

Brenda Marie Arthur, 47, 3364 Apt. 10 Tobacco Road, six counts of forgery, six counts of uttering forged paper, three counts of conspiracy to commit forgery and uttering, three counts of conspiracy to utter a forged instrument for Dec. 20-22, 2005, offenses.

Jennifer Michelle Barr, 26, 427 Cooper St., Winterville, embezzlement for an offense between May 16 and Dec. 26 2008.

Charmaine Lacole Barrett, 20, 2645 McGregor Downs Road, embezzlement for an offense between Feb. 23 and April 4.

Cutora Ranier Belcher, aka Cutara Ranier Belcher, 34, 1995 A Sunny Brook Drive possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia for March 23 offense.

Matthew Barrett Blackman, 31, 300-A Cedar St., possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, conduct of a licensed premises for Dec. 11 offense.

Jarrod Alan Brinegar, 22, 1310 Kersey Valley Road, Archdale, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining motor vehicle to keep and sell and controlled substance, carrying concealed weapon, possession drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for May 26 offense.
