The following cases were disposed of in Pitt County Superior Court during the week beginning June 1.

James Lee Bellah, 29, 380-B Second St., Ayden, attempted breaking and entering of a building, pleaded guilty, eight to 10 months Department of Correction at expiration of second offense, suspended, 24 months probation, six months intensive to begin upon release in the Department of Correction, pay cost and lawyer; driving while impaired, pleaded guilty, 24 months Department of Correction, attend Evergreen Rehabilitation Facility, pay cost and lawyer.

Tre Anthony Boyd, 19, 1204 Charles Circle, three counts felony larceny, pleaded guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction; six to eight months Department of Correction at expiration of prior sentence, suspended, 30 months probation, pay cost; six to eight months Department of Correction at expiration or previous sentences, suspended, 30 months probation, pay cost; breaking and entering, pleaded guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction, suspended, 30 months probation, six months electronic house arrest, nine months intensive probation at expiration of electronic house arrest, complete STRIVE program, 72 hours community service, pay cost, restitution, lawyer, and community service fee.

Jason Jamar Carmon, 22, 213 Paris Ave., first degree kidnapping, pleaded guilty, 84-110 months Department of Correction, pay cost, lawyer; common law robbery, pleaded guilty, 13-16 months Department of Correction at expiration of prior sentence; second degree burglary, 13-16 months Department of Correction at expiration of previous sentences.

Terico McGarrett Carter, 33, Rt. 1 Box 220, Bath, driving while impaired, pleaded guilty, 12 months Department of Correction at expiration of prior Beaufort County sentence, attend Evergreen Rehabilitation Facility, pay cost and lawyer; providing false information, pleaded guilty, 60 days Department of Correction at expiration of rehabilitation, pay cost.

James Earl Chapman, 48, 216 Haw Dr., failure to register as a sex offender, pleaded guilty, 15-18 months Department of Correction.

Korrey Deon Dickens, 31, B-14 Glendale Court, selling counterfeit controlled substance, pleaded guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction, suspended, 30 months probation, credit an active 60 days in the Pitt County Detention Center, pay cost, fine, restitution, and lawyer; selling counterfeit controlled substance, pleaded guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction at expiration of prior sentence, suspended, 30 months probation, pay cost.

Kevin Demetrius Evans, 24, 1002 #2 Hammocks Lane, Jacksonville, possession of stolen motor vehicle, 14-17 months Department of Correction, pay cost and lawyer; possession of drug paraphernalia, 120 days Department of Correction at expiration of previous sentence.

Boris Demond Graham, 25, 4430-A Faison St., Farmville, selling marijuana, pleaded guilty, five to six months Department of Correction, pay cost, lawyer and restitution.

Lyngearl Johnson, 39, 207 Manhatten Ave., delivering cocaine, pleaded guilty, 18-22 months Department of Correction, pay cost and lawyer.

Andrew Termain Jones, 24, 1502 #6 Charles Blvd., three counts selling cocaine, pleaded no contest, 13-16 months Department of Correction; possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver MDA.MDMA, pleaded no contest, 13-16 months Department of Correction at expiration of prior sentence, suspended, 24 months probation, six months intensive, 72 hours community service, submit to warrantless searches, pay cost, fine, restitution, lawyer, and community service fee; conspire to sell and deliver schedule two controlled substance, pleaded guilty, 13-16 months Department of Correction, pay cost, lawyer, restitution, $745 confiscated and forfeited to the Pitt County School Board.

Travis Matthew Matias, 19, 2525 Circle Drive, Winterville, breaking and entering, pleaded no contest, six to eight months Department of Correction, pay cost and lawyer; misdemeanor larceny, pleaded no contest.
