Rebecca Nanney, 51, 1971 Stokes Road, trafficking oxycotin by possession, pleaded guilty, 70-84 months Department of Correction, suspended, 24 months probation, six months intensive, 72 hours community service within 180 days, pay cost, community service fee, restitution, lawyer, and $5,000 fine.

Ashley J. Spruill, 25, 4203 Evans Drive, Winterville, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, pleaded guilty, six to eight months Department of Correction, pay cost, lawyer, restitution, and Pitt County Sheriff's Office lab fee.

Kizma Tawana Stokes, 30, 207-A E. Roundtree Drive, identity card theft, pleaded guilty, 15-18 months Department of Correction, 30 months probation, six months intensive, 72 hours community service within 180 days, pay cost, community service fee, restitution, and lawyer.

David C. Sutton, age unavailable, 516 Davenport Farm Road, Winterville, contempt of court, 30 days in Pitt County Jail, pay cost and fine.
