One of the men believed to be involved in an alleged armed robbery at a Pitt County motorcycle shop turned himself in to sheriff’s investigators Wednesday morning as officials scaled back the search for his brother, an official said.

Brandon Orlando “Bam” Bell, 23, of Portsmouth, Va. went with his sister, Angela Carey of Greenville, to the sheriff’s office and surrendered just before noon, Carey said.
