The United Way of Pitt County is looking forward to partnering with the community to begin tackling major social issues this year.
“I think we've really gathered the community together, and they see us as conveners to work together,” Executive Director Cecelia Scott said Wednesday at the United Way's annual meeting at St. Jamed United Methodist Church.
