Last Christmas, Lawrence and Faye Cox of Grimesland donated a Wall of Honor to the American Legion Post 39 to honor local men and women who have served in the United States military. Now they need some help filling it up.
“We need people to know that the Wall of Honor is here and that they can be included in it,” Faye Cox, 77, said. “We want it filled completely up so we can turn over the keys to Post 39.”
The couple, married for 55 years, started the project in May 2010 as a tribute to American Legion Post 39 members who have served in the military.
