Grassroots grants

The Pitt County Arts Council at Emerge will accept applications for the 2010-2011 Grassroots Arts Project grants through 5 p.m. Sept. 3. Grants are available to non-profit arts organizations and non-profit organizations that provide arts programming. A free, informational workshop for potential applicants will be held at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at the Pitt County Arts Council at Emerge, 404 S. Evans St.
