Marie and James L. Hardee Sr. celebrated their
70th wedding anniversary
with their family on Feb. 1,
2012. They were married
Feb. 1, 1942 in Greenville.
James L. enjoyed farming
and his poultry business. Marie enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and family history. They both enjoy traveling, and their family.
They have three sons, Lewis and wife, Shirley, of
Greenville, Bill and wife, Debbie, of Canton, Miss., and Dan of Greenville.
They have six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
