I should have been mores specific - in the White House. A lady who has designed an ornament for the White House trees for years has declined this year because they want no religious ornaments. Maybe we should all send the pres a religious CHRISTMAS card.

I have also been a Republican all my life, and will not rest until my party is lilly white, with all the liberal RINO's tossed out. As for the poor folks, I got mine, you get yours. I rue the day when this country socialized medical coverage with MediCare, I think ALL the profits should go into the small pool of hands of big insurance companies, and that everyone was born with a pre-existing condition. Don't blame the Republicans....they can't help it. They lived in cognitive dissonance for so long, having to support policies of the previous president, which all but destroyed our economy, as well as an entire country which we invaded for reasons based on lies. Obama has been in office for not 1/8th the time that Bush was in office and unfortunately, while I voted for Bush,
all Bush did is add more to the national debt, get us into two asinine wars and nearly sink our economy
If Obama does as bad, then I will listen but I doubt he will I have seen Bush destroy what I thought was a small government party- He and the republicans are losers- do not take your spleen out on Obama he inherited this mess.

It's the economy stupid not the color. White, black, pink or purple the jobs aren't there, the proposed insurance bills will kill business, and the payback of the stimulus money will bankrupt us. Obama didn't make this mess but he accepted responsiblity when he ran so now it's on his watch. And so far it's been disappointing to say the least.
