The police department released case reports Tuesday for the following investigations:
Break-ins, larcenies
1200 block West Third Street, 4:30-7 p.m. on Monday; television valued at $500; rear door kicked in.
500 block West 14th Avenue, between Jan. 14 and Monday; no items taken, vacant house; kicked in front door.
300 block Higgs Street, 3:10-8:15 p.m.; kicked in rear door, $50 damage.
500 block McKinley Avenue; 8-10:30 p.m. Monday; cell phone valued at $100.
Eighth and Cotanche streets parking lot; 12:05-3:45 a.m. Tuesday; Jeep Cherokee, $600 damage.
Nonresidential thefts
600 S.E. Greenville Blvd., 10-10:30 a.m. Jan. 27; canvas Walt Disney bag valued at $5.
E.B. Aycock Middle School, 1325 Red Banks Road, Greenville, 2-5:21 p.m. Jan. 28; cell phone valued at $50.
Wal-Mart, 210 S.W. Greenville Blvd., 7:20 p.m. Thursday to 10 a.m. Friday; identification items, food stamp card and handbag valued at $10.
Andy’s Cheesesteaks & Cheeseburgers, 3700 S. Memorial Drive, 6 a.m. Thursday-2:15 p.m. Friday; license plate $35.
Thomas Foreman Park-Eppes Recreation Center, 400 Nash St., 1:55-12:07 p.m. Monday; cooler valued at $40; kicked in front door, door jam damaged $175.
Grand China Buffet, 3040 Evans St., Greenville, 7-7:30 p.m. Monday; more than $6,000 cash.
Best Buy, 3140 Evans St., 12:38 p.m. Monday; iPod valued at $299, recovered; one arrested.

The Pitt County Sheriff’s Office released reports Saturday for the following investigations:
Larcenies
6250 N.C. 11 S. in Ayden between 11:30 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday; car wheel rims valued at $2,200 stolen from Ride-Time Car Sales.
2394 Bell Arthur Road in Greenville between 3:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday; a person reportedly broke into George’s Lounge and stole $530 cash and three packs of cigarettes.
