James Gregory Starkie Sr., 52, 204 Manhattan Ave., felony possession of cocaine, pleaded guilty, Alford Plea, eight to 10 months Department of Correction, suspended, 24 months probation, five days active Pitt County Detention Center, pay cost, restitution, Greenville Police Department Drug Task Force and State Bureau of Investigation lab fee.

Willie Odell Whitehead, 47, 1304 Staton House Road, two counts of identity theft, pleaded guilty, Alford Plea, 20-24 months Department of Correction, suspended 36 months probation, 23 days active Pitt County Detention Center, pay cost, lawyer and restitution.
