Texas Roadhouse manager David Hollinger stands outside the new Greenville Boulevard steak house. The business hosted a breakfast for the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday Aug. 14. The restaurant is holding practice sessions for staff over the weekend and plans to hold a grand opening Wednesday.

Great decorating!

Wow - a chain steakhouse that has made a respectable attempt at capturing some ECU flavor. Now we got 2 Texas Steakhouses on the restaurant turnpike. I surmise one will close if they don't get more business soon!
