Rebounding troubles have plagued the East Carolina men’s basketball team during its two-game losing streak and if the Pirates want to erase the board woes and end the losing skid today, they’ll have to do it against one of the biggest teams they’ll face all season.

ECU (9-6, 0-2 Conference USA) hopes to get its first league victory of the campaign when it hosts Tulsa (8-9, 1-2) at 1 o’clock this afternoon in Minges Coliseum. The Golden Hurricane features a pair of 6-foot-11 starters and a 7-2 freshman reserve, not to mention two 6-4 starting guards.
