Two ECU football players arrested

A pair of East Carolina football players face misdemeanor charges after they were arrested early Saturday morning.

Cornerback Emanuel Davis was charged with being intoxicated and disruptive in public and resisting a public officer — both misdemeanors.

Receiver Michael Bowman also was charged with two misdemeanors — disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer.

Neither will be kicked off the team. They may miss a game or 2, but thats about it. Why should he treat these two any different than athletes at another university to the west? You can cheat in class, take improper benefits and payments, get traffic tickets taken care of at no charge and still remain on scholarship and play. Being drunk and disruptive is a joke compared to all of that

Lets see what type of disciplinarian the coach is now 25 cents says he whimps out and does nothing!!!
