Former East Carolina football standouts Bradley Jacobs and Lance Lewis joined teammate Emanuel Davis in accepting invitations to postseason all-star games on Wednesday.

Lewis, the Pirates’ record-breaking receiver who spent two memorable seasons in Greenville after transferring from East Mississippi Community College, will join Davis, a cornerback, at the East-West Shrine Game on Jan. 21. Jacobs, the Pirates’ starting strong safety the last two seasons and another Mississippi JUCO find out of Gulf Coast C.C., will play in the Jan. 16 Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game.

Lewis was a second-team All-Conference USA selection by the league’s head coaches both seasons at ECU. He ended his career as the Pirates’ all-time leader in touchdown catches with 22. His 149 receptions are third all-time and his 1,716 yards are fifth all-time.
