FARMVILLE — It took 11 innings and almost three hours, but the Farmville Central baseball team eventually rallied for a 4-3 victory over rival Ayden-Grifton on Monday.

The Jaguars, who trailed 3-1 after two innings, used a two-run home run in the fifth inning and manufactured a run in the 11th to complete the comeback.

    Pitcher Whitney Jackson struck out eight and helped her own cause with a pair of RBIs to lead the Jaguars to a 8-0 victory over the Chargers.
