Because of injuries and the fact that Farmville Central had only one win at the time, Jaguars coach Scott Gardner decided to play a healthy dose of underclassmen during the Jaguars' final game of the 2010 season.

The players responded, beating Greene Central 33-14 to ensure that the Jags didn't finish the year winless in the Eastern Plains Conference, although they did finish with a 2-9 overall record.

Gardner thinks this year's Jaguars are faster, stronger and should win more than two games.
