Twenty out of 30 people in the last "Guess the Score" segment predicted the Pirates would defeat Tulsa during their Sunday game in Oklahoma, but no one guessed ECU would score 44 points.
Three people guessed ECU would score 35 points and one predicted an outcome of 38-14, perhaps the closest to the actual 44-17 outcome.
Nine people guessed the Golden Hurricane would win by margins as big as ECU ran up. One guessed a 49-10 score in favor of Tulsa, another a 45-21 outcome.
Some fans, like Jimmy, were a little down on the Pirates: "I believe it may be 'Tulsa Time.' The Pirates just don't seem to have much in the way of drive and desire. No feeling of excitement. I think it may be Tulsa 38 and ECU 24."

ECU has a poor product on the field. For a University of ECU's size and a big money (try) program, there's NO excuse for what is being sold to the supporters of the Football program. This includes ALL of us forced to join the Pirate's BS club in order to keep our decent seats that have been held for 20 years.

ECU will win big. Rumor has it that if ECU wins this game Pinkney will get another year. And if ECU wins out Pinkney automically becomes eligible for Medicare. So ECU roughs up the junoir 'Bama boys by 37-17

UAB gets the blue chip players rejected by Auburn and the Tide. UAB will give ECU a tough game.Both teams still have a chance to get to bowl games post season. ECU pulls out a close one 24-21.

The latest line on the game was the Pirates by 12 and a half. It is getting late in the season and the UABees ain't got much going. So the Pirates roll it up and smoke out the Bees.
