    WINTERVILLE — The Pitt Community College softball team split a pair of games with USC-Salkehatchie on Friday at the Sara Law Softball Complex.

    After dropping Game 1 by a 3-2 count, the Bulldogs salvaged a split with the Indians by beating them, 3-2, in the second game.
