The Pitt County Board of Commissioners was scheduled to recognize 38 County employees for their years of service.
Certificates and recognition pins are given to employees who reached five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service with the county. Those having served 20 years also are presented watches. Service awards are given quarterly during regular meetings of the board.
Recognized for 25 years of service is Gregory D. Beacham in Communications.
