Rebecca Reagan, technology director for Greene County Schools, graduated from the 2011 Certified Government Chief Information Officers (CGCIO) program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Government.
Reagan is one of 27 public sector leaders who completed the course last year.
The CGCIO program began in 2005 and is the first local government specific program for chief information officers in the nation. The program is designed for local government chief information officers and information technology directors whose responsibilities require a broad understanding of management, leadership, legal, regulatory and enterprise topics.
