Manning retires after 22 years with Central Stores at ECU

Jane Manning has retired from East Carolina University after 22 years of service. She was a purchasing specialist and fixed assets coordinator with Central Stores and Receiving.

As coordinator, Manning was responsible for making sure the fixed assets policies and procedures were followed on campus; complying with new UNC FIT (Finance Improvement and Transformation) policies and procedures; and balancing monthly and yearly reports to the general ledger in Banner, a new method of class registration at East Carolina University.


“My position was also responsible for assisting the Central Stores manager with the surplus property, maintenance and supply warehouses,” she said.
