A vehicle was stolen from a home early Tuesday morning, according to a case report released by the Pitt County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident took place about 12:57 a.m. July 16 on the 2400 block of L.T. Hardee Road.
A Nissan Altima valued at $15,995 was listed as stolen from the home. The report indicated that the thief was known to the victim.
An arrest has been made.

■ 1000 block South Elm Street, 2:50 p.m. July 18: iPhone valued at $500 stolen from woman on road; case closed.
