Police are investigating what appears to be a murder-suicide at the Belle Meade Apartments in Greenville.

Greenville police officers responded to a residence at Apartment K of the complex, 1209 Fire Tower Road, about 1:15 p.m. Thursday after two people were found dead inside, according to a news release from the department.
